如何煮蛋,蛋壳才不会破裂?

水煮蛋时,要将蛋放在冷水中慢慢煮开;如果将蛋放入滚水中煮,蛋白和蛋黄会破壳流出。

另外,也可以放少许盐和醋在水中,煮熟后移到冷水中冷却,不但可以避免蛋壳破裂,也可以使蛋壳容易剥。
