混合果汁 Mixed Juices

这是我在前两年,从朋友转发的电邮里得来的。不知道它的来源,也不确定它的功效是否已得到医学证明,可有些的味道却是蛮不错的哦!我没试完全部,因为担心自己虚不受补,会拉肚子,哈哈!

Carrot + Ginger + Apple
> Boost and cleanses our system

Apple + Cucumber + Celery
> Prevents cancer, reduces cholestrol and improves stomach upset and headache

Tomato + Carrot + Apple
> Improves skin complexion and bad breath

Bitter gourd + Apple + Milk
> Avoids bad breath and reduces internal body heat

Orange + Ginger + Cucumber
> Improves skin texture and moisture and reduces body heat

Pineapple + Apple + Watermelon
> Dispels excess salts, nourishes the bladder and kidney

Apple + Cucumber + Kiwi
> Improves skin complexion

Pear + Banana
> Regulates sugar content

Carrot + Apple + Pear + Mango
> Clears body heat, counteracts toxicity, decreased blood pressure and fights oxidation

Honeydew + Grape + Watermelon + Milk
> Rich in vitamin C + Vitamin B2 that increases cell activity and strengthens body immunity

Papaya + Pineapple + Milk
> Rich in Vitamin C, E, Iron. Improves skin complexion and metabolism

Banana + Pineapple + Milk
> Rich in Vitamin with nutrient and prevents constipation (防止便秘)
